Qanater Children Museum

2008, Qanater, Minisry of Water Resources & Irrigation

The Qanater Children Museum is the first interactive hands-on science museum based explicitly on ancient Egyptian scientific innovations. The project comprised the total restoration of historic buildings dating from the early 19th century. As well as the design of the surrounding landscapes and the creation of playground with a total surface area of 16 Feddans (67,520 meters) More than 150 indoor and outdoor interactive exhibits were installed. They were built exclusively for the museum by hundreds of scientists and artists from all over the world.
